The Storm Finally Arrived and A Post Card

The snowstorm that was supposed to happen Sunday night has finally arrived! Lots and lots of snow, bad roads, city and county offices closed. This is probably the most snow we had this year. I hope we can dig out the hot tub this afternoon.

Make-It Monday is late. This week we had to use stars, circles, and sewing. I made this using a watercolor postcard. The stars are yellow watercolor with gold Pearl Ex around them. Then there are some loose star and circle punches, a few star sequins, and then I sewed a layer of organza over the whole thing, so that when you shake the postcard, the stars and circles move around! I think it definitely looks better in real life. If you click on the card, you might see it better.
