The man we went to visit lives in a sustainable home he built of mostly recycled materials. 
I LOVED his home!While there we met his sweet little daughter, and their cat, who looked remarkably like my old Phoumiphon,
the best cat ever,and several chickens.
The evening was so beautiful
and we enjoyed wonderful pasta dishes at this restaurant.
Of course, we had to get a picture of our friends by our favorite downtown cow:
Lots of laughs, lots of stories, a great time!

What a remarkable achievement - to build a house like this ! The mountains in full colour look wonderful.

The house is quite an accomplishment! And Mallory, can you believe it was our FIRST time at the IU. We just met the owner and decided to try it out since you and Ari had talked about it!
